Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original luxury packaging, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Sale items, opened fragrances, and personalized scents are strictly non-refundable. We recommend trying our sample sets before committing to a full-size fragrance.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect.
