1. Delivery Methods

We offer multiple secure delivery options tailored to your location:

• Pexi (Store-to-Store): Cost-effective and reliable for local KZN and national shipping.
• PostNet to PostNet: Secure counter-to-counter delivery across South Africa.
• Aramex (Door-to-Door): Premium courier service directly to your specified address.
• Same-Day & Taxi Delivery: Specialized expedited options for the Durban area.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (holidays/launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Local Berea/Durban deliveries may qualify for reduced rates or hand-delivery arrangements.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship our Durban-crafted fragrances worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
